Leads operational readiness, maintenance strategy, and operations functions to support the successful transition from pilot-scale development to commercial production. Ensures the people, systems, processes, and assets are prepared to deliver safe, reliable, and efficient operations as Allied Graphite scales its business.
Supports electrical engineering activities for capital projects and industrial process facilities, including design coordination, power distribution systems, construction support, commissioning, and startup activities. Works closely with engineering, operations, and project teams to support safe, reliable, and efficient facility operations.
Supports the design, review, and integration of mechanical systems for graphite processing operations, including dry material handling, conveying systems, dust collection, filtration, and plant infrastructure. Works closely with engineering, operations, and project teams to support reliable, maintainable, and scalable mechanical system performance across the facility.
