Engineered Graphite Anode Materials

Allied Graphite produces engineered graphite anode materials designed for use in modern lithium-ion battery manufacturing. Our materials are based on natural graphite that is purified, shaped, and coated to meet the functional requirements of battery anodes while supporting qualification and scalable production.

Rather than offering fixed, off-the-shelf products, Allied Graphite’s anode materials are produced with a controlled manufacturing platform that supports multiple product specifications. This approach enables materials to be tailored and qualified across
multiple customer requirements without compromising process control or long-term operability.

Coated spherical purified graphite (“CSPG”) is the primary material produced through this platform. CSPG is widely used in lithium-ion battery anodes due to its electrochemical performance, packing efficiency, and compatibility with established cell manufacturing processes.

Allied Graphite’s focus is on producing anode materials that can be consistently qualified, reliably supplied, and economically manufactured at scale. Engineering decisions are made with an emphasis on durability, repeatability, and the ability to support multiple customers over the life of the facility.
