Abby Seadler Wulf is a national leader in critical-minerals strategy, with a career dedicated to advancing secure, sustainable supply chains for the clean-energy economy.
Abby most recently served at the U.S. Department of Energy as Head of the American Battery Materials Initiative, the White House-led interagency program coordinating federal action to strengthen domestic mineral production and processing.
Before DOE, she was Vice President for Critical Minerals Strategy at SAFE and Founding Director of its Center for Critical Minerals Strategy, helping shape U.S. policy to reduce dependence on foreign supply chains. Earlier, she worked with NASA’s Earth Science Division and the American Geosciences Institute.
Abby holds degrees from Johns Hopkins University (M.S. in Environmental Science and Policy) and Hamilton College (B.A. in Geoscience and Government). Her insight into U.S. industrial policy and supply-chain resilience positions her as a strategic voice on the Board, bridging government, industry, and innovation.
