Alyssa McAnney is a legal and transaction specialist with deep experience across private equity, M&A, and capital markets.
As Head of Legal for Global M&A at Appian Capital Advisory, she oversees complex cross-border transactions across the mining, industrials, and energy-transition sectors.
Previously, she served as Assistant General Counsel at Newlight Partners and practiced with Kirkland & Ellis and Skadden, Arps in New York, advising leading private-equity sponsors and public companies on multi-billion-dollar deals.
Alyssa earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.S. from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
She brings to the Board a rigorous understanding of governance, compliance, and deal execution, helping ensure Allied Graphite operates with the integrity and discipline expected of a critical-materials supplier serving global OEMs and government partners.
