Andy Goshe is a materials-science executive with more than 15 years of leadership in advanced manufacturing, carbon materials, and technology commercialization.
Before joining Allied Graphite, he held multiple senior positions at Morgan Advanced Materials, including Director of Strategy, Operations Director, and Global Technology Director, overseeing R&D, operations, and commercial growth across global carbon and ceramic product lines.
His career spans technology development, process optimization, and M&A strategy, delivering $200 million+ in business growth through disciplined execution and cross-functional collaboration. Earlier, he was a Distinguished Postdoctoral Fellow at Argonne National Laboratory, where his nanomaterials research laid groundwork for innovations in energy and sustainability.
Andy holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Chemistry from The University of Chicago and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Ohio University.
As CEO, he leads Allied Graphite’s mission to build a high-performance, environmentally responsible graphite anode supply chain that supports North America’s battery industry growth and energy independence.
