Antti Grönlund is a seasoned private equity investor with more than 20 years of experience in natural resources, energy, industrials, and technology.
As Managing Director at Appian Capital Advisory LLP, he leads investments in energy-transition and resource sectors, overseeing origination, structuring, and asset performance globally.
Before joining Appian, he has held investment roles at Triton Partners and First Reserve, and worked previously in JPMorgan’s investment-banking division. Antti has served on multiple portfolio-company boards, guiding businesses through capital-intensive expansions and strategic transformations.
A graduate of the Helsinki School of Economics and the London School of Economics, he also completed the International Directors Programme at INSEAD.
Antti brings investor discipline and a global network of industrial relationships to the Allied Graphite Board, helping align commercial, financial, and strategic priorities as the company scales into a cornerstone supplier for North America’s battery sector.
