Peter Bartolino is a seasoned corporate attorney with nearly three decades of experience guiding complex transactions, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance across the energy, industrial, and technology sectors. As General Counsel of Allied Graphite, he leads all legal, compliance and governance matters, supporting the company’s growth as a dependable and transparent partner in the battery-materials supply chain.
Before joining Allied Graphite, Peter served as Chief Legal Officer of Persefoni, an AI-driven climate software company backed by TPG, where he managed global legal operations and structured multiple equity and debt financings supporting rapid scale-up. Earlier, he held senior legal roles at publicly traded companies AECOM and Callaway Golf, where he oversaw securities and governance matters and major corporate transactions. Peter spent nearly eight years at First Solar, serving as Chief Corporate Counsel and Corporate Secretary as the company grew into the world’s largest solar manufacturer by market capitalization. There, he structured and closed more than US$1 billion in financings, acquisitions and joint ventures, and built best-in-class public company governance infrastructure.
Peter began his career in New York with Dechert LLP and White & Case LLP, advising on capital markets and M&A transactions, including IPOs exceeding US$1 billion. He holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and an A.B. from Princeton University. Peter is NACD Directorship Certified and a recognized expert in board governance and securities law.
