Allied Graphite Inc. (“Allied Graphite”), formerly Urbix, Inc., a U.S.-based developer of advanced graphite processing technology, today announced the launch of its new corporate brand alongside the successful completion of its 2025 rights offering, which raised US$50.9 million to support the Company’s next phase of development.
The rebrand to Allied Graphite reflects the Company’s evolution of its focus to the development and commercialization of battery-grade graphite materials in North America. The Allied Graphite brand underscores the Company’s emphasis on long-term partnerships, operational reliability, and disciplined industrial execution across the graphite value chain.
The rights offering was fully subscribed, with participation from existing shareholders, including Appian Capital Advisory Limited (“Appian”), the largest global private equity investor in metals and mining. Proceeds from the offering will be used to advance commercialization and development activities for Allied Graphite’s commercial-scale anode facility in North America, as well as to further strengthen the Company’s balance sheet.
Allied Graphite is led by Andy Goshe as Chief Executive Officer, Adam Fisher as Chief Financial Officer and Anne Duncan as Chief Operating Officer. The Company operates a pilot-scale facility in Mesa, Arizona, and is advancing its proprietary graphite processing technology toward commercial deployment.
